The best way to see Eraserhead is on 35mm film with an audience. Check the schedules of your local art museums and indie theaters. Eraserhead often plays around Halloween.
A quick search on the web shows that Eraserhead plays at the Gateway Film Center in Columbus, OH from April 21-25, 2017.
The Criterion Collection released a beautiful Blu-ray package. It includes a gorgeous, restored film transfer, Lynch's early shorts, extra features, and a slick booklet with stories and photos.
